Brrrrrrr! It was super chilly on Saturday when we met Trent and his groomsmen for outdoor photos at Loring Park! No snow yet though!
After Nicole and Trent had their special moment seeing each other for the first time, we headed over to Hennepin Avenue United Methodist Church ( the same church we were married in! ) for their ceremony. From there, everyone headed over to The Grand Hotel for the reception, which happened to be the same hotel that the Yankees were staying at, so everyone was hoping to have some celebrity wedding crashers!
Well...............we have shot close to 200 weddings and sometimes, as to be expected, one of us (you'll never guess which one!) gets a little emotional. Nicole and Trent's wedding was the first in a really long time, where I have actually found my self having to quickly wipe away the tears during the first dance so I could focus on my shots! Maybe it was being at the same church we were married at almost 4 years ago, or maybe it was the great "love story" their DJ, Bill Herman had just read. It was probably a combination of everything, but I really think it was because it is so great to see two people who are truly meant for each other and how everyone could tell how much in love they were by how they looked at each other all day. :)

It was such a privilege to have you photograph our wedding (and engagement pictures). You guys are awesome to work with and are so great at capturing the best and most precious moments of the day in a very artistic way. We are glad that our wedding was a great experience for you as well. We can't wait to see the rest of the pics! I know they will be fantastic. Thanks for everything!
