Sarah & Jon's Engagement

Sarah and Jon wanted to do their engagement session at a vineyard in Cannon Falls where they got engaged. It was a really unique session as we haven't shot in a vineyard before....loved it!

ISPWP Summer 2009 Winning Images!

Results are in....this morning we found out that three of our images placed in the ISPWP Summer 2009 contest!  We are thrilled!  Yea!!!

Tara & Joe

Tara and Joe had a beautiful wedding last Saturday at The Embassy Suites in Bloomington.  It was actually our first time shooting a wedding at that location and we thought it was so cool how the ceremony took place out in the sky lit atrium of the hotel.  Tara and Joe had plenty of admiring hotel guests!

Sara & Tim

On Saturday we joined Sara and Tim for their wedding at Mt. Olivet West in Victoria and then made our way to Stonebrooke Golf Club for the reception. Their wedding was really unique because it had an Irish theme! We LOVED how after the ceremony the processional was lead by a bagpiper and how he also led the entire wedding party into the reception.......such a cool idea! Sara and Tim also played a fun trivia game during the reception to see if they would be kissing when the glasses were clinked or if someone else would have to. It got everyone involved and the guests loved it! Thanks for the fun day you guys and for heading out at dusk for some evening shots.......the turned out great!

Angie & Chaz

When I talked to Angie a few days before her wedding she said that the forecast said it was going to rain on Friday and that she was OK with moving her ceremony indoors but really wanted to do her photos outside so she was nervous. Friday morning it was pouring and didn't show any good signs of clearing up but then about an hour before we headed off to their wedding.........the rain stopped! Because it was still pretty windy with a few sprinkles on and off, the ceremony did get moved inside but we were able to do lots of photos outside and we were so thankful because we knew how much it meant to Angie and Chaz.

Angie and Chaz both have such fun and outgoing personalities so it was easy to have a great time with them and capture all of their emotions and fun moments.

Their wedding took place at The Wilds and it brought back so many great memories because that is where we had our own wedding reception! Thanks for a fabulous time Angie and Chaz........you guys are awesome!
